Creative Assistant

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans
Produce / edit video content into short clips for award submissions

  • Graphic design / photo editing
  • Create / order Company branded supplies such as uniforms, merchandise, business cards etc as required
  • Maintain Company website and all forms of social media
  • Create Case Studies, Capability Statements and other marketing material with input from the Engineering and General Managers
  • Create and manage award entry submissions
  • Co-ordinate special events / conferences and associated travel

Implement and manage the processes in maintaining an effective estimating administration system which will provide valuable information / data for management interpretation
Estimating administration covers client communication, tender acknowledgement, managing spreadsheets, allocating tender to staff (under guidance) creating server project files, maintaining estimating registers / databases and producing graphed data for review

  • Providing assistance to the Accounts Department – General Data Entry as and when required
  • Assist in maintaining of the Integrated Management System as and when required
  • Other Ad-hoc Duties as requested

The preferred candidate will also have the following skills and attributes:

  • Moderate skills in Microsoft Office Products
  • Apple Mac iMovie
  • Adobe Indesign & Illustrator
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
